Are you looking for an ND who takes a more research-based approach?

My practice uses lifestyle medicine, plant medicines and hormone therapy (menopausal or menstrual) to help bring the body back into vitality, and pays attention to issues of mental/emotional support that are often missed in conventional settings.

Good care for menopause is about much more than 'fixing' or 'balancing' hormones; it's about setting us up for a healthier second half of life and managing complex health issues as they arise.

Plant-based lifestyle medicine emphasizes the profound health benefits of integrating whole,-based foods into your everyday meals. This approach not only supports in the prevention and management of chronic diseases but also promotes overall well-being. By focusing on plant proteins, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and seeds, individuals can enhance their health (not just digestion!) and maintain a healthy weight for life.

New habits can take some time to create; I can guide you through the fads to a  healthy and flexible lifestyle that is easy to sustain.

I’d like to acknowledge that my office sits on the traditional unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg people. The Algonquin people have lived on this land since time immemorial.

I am grateful to have the opportunity to work in this community, and I commit to advocating for the Truth & Reconciliation Commission's 94 Calls to Action as a provider and also in my leadership work.
