Are you looking for an ND who takes a more evidence-based approach?
My practice uses lifestyle medicine (focusing on lifestyle pillars such as diet, sleep, movement, social relationships and stress management) as well as prescribed hormone therapies and traditional herbal medicines to help bring the body back to vitality and good function.
My approach also pays attention to issues of mental/emotional support or 'slow medicine'; that are often missed in conventional settings with current funding models.

Good health is about whether you feel good and comfortable in your own body, and is sustainable over the long term.

I’d like to acknowledge that my office sits on the traditional and unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg people. The Algonquin people have lived on this land since time immemorial.
